Loco Beach Coconuts vs. Indianapolis Clowns in Pensacola
The Gulf Breeze Area Chamber of Commerce explained that circumstances have continued to change following Hurricane Isaias, creating challenges beyond the organization's control.
Although organizers had recently announced that the event would move forward, the continuing recovery situation ultimately led to the decision to cancel.
The Chamber emphasized that the decision was not made lightly, particularly after months of preparation and planning.
Taste of Gulf Breeze brings together local restaurants, businesses, sponsors and community members for an evening celebrating the Gulf Breeze area.
Organizers acknowledged the disappointment the cancellation may cause, especially for those who had already purchased tickets or made arrangements to participate.
How to Get a Taste of Gulf Breeze Ticket Refund

Cash Ticket Purchases
Anyone who purchased tickets with cash at the Gulf Breeze Area Chamber of Commerce office will need to visit the Chamber office to collect their refund.
The Chamber is asking cash purchasers to stop by in person.
What About Vendors and Sponsors?
The cancellation also affects the local businesses, vendors and sponsors that had planned to participate in Taste of Gulf Breeze.
In its announcement, the Chamber recognized the time, energy and resources that businesses and community partners had invested in preparing for the event.
The organization expressed its appreciation for everyone who supported the event through sponsorships, vendor participation, volunteering and ticket purchases.
The announcement did not provide specific information about vendor fees or sponsorship refunds.
Will Taste of Gulf Breeze Be Rescheduled?
At this time, the Gulf Breeze Area Chamber of Commerce has announced a cancellation rather than a postponement.
No replacement date has been announced for Taste of Gulf Breeze 2026.
The Chamber expressed hope that it will have another opportunity to bring the community together in the future.
Hurricane Isaias Continues to Impact Local Events
The cancellation is another example of how Hurricane Isaias continues to affect events and businesses throughout the Pensacola and Gulf Breeze area.
While the immediate storm has passed, local organizations, businesses and residents are still navigating the challenges of recovery.
The Chamber explained that the community's well-being must come first, even after significant planning had already gone into this year's event.
For local businesses already facing challenges following the hurricane, the loss of community events can also mean missing opportunities to connect with customers and promote their products and services.
Must Do Pensacola is continuing to share local event updates and information about community recovery efforts.
Supporting Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Small Businesses
As local businesses recover from Hurricane Isaias, community support remains especially important.
Must Do Pensacola has launched the Pensacola Strong initiative to identify small businesses affected by the storm, collect information about their recovery needs and raise funds to help where possible.
Residents can support the initiative through donations and Pensacola Strong shirt purchases.
Local business owners can also submit information about their recovery needs.
