Friday’s anniversary festival will fill Seville Quarter with more than 200 beers, Gulf Coast breweries, homebrew clubs and live music.

The Emerald Coast Beer Festival returns Friday, September 11, for its 30th year at Seville Quarter in downtown Pensacola.

General admission opens at 5:30 p.m. and costs $40. VIP admission currently costs $95 and includes entry at 5 p.m., appetizers, special tastings and access to an air-conditioned private area. The festival is restricted to guests age 21 and older.

Organizers have announced more than 200 beers from over 50 microbreweries, additional distributor selections and at least 10 homebrew clubs.

What Does Admission Include?

A general-admission ticket includes:

  • Samples of more than 200 craft beers

  • A 30th-anniversary sampling glass

  • Live music

  • Access to participating breweries and homebrew clubs

  • Guaranteed festival admission

Food trucks and other vendors will operate during the festival, but food purchases are separate from admission.

The confirmed lineup includes Pensacola-area names such as Pensacola Bay Brewery and Perfect Plain Brewing Company, along with Prost Office Brewery from Milton. Regional participants include Oyster City Brewing Company, Ology Brewing & Distilling, Urban South Brewery and multiple homebrew clubs.

Availability will vary as individual beers run out. Guests should treat the festival as a tasting event rather than expect every listed selection to remain available all evening.

Is VIP Admission Worth the Upgrade?

VIP admission currently costs $95 in advance. The organizer lists a $100 day-of-event VIP price, if tickets remain.

VIP benefits include:

  • Entry at 5 p.m., 30 minutes before general admission

  • Everything included with a general-admission ticket

  • Hors d’oeuvres and buffet service from Seville Quarter

  • VIP-only beers and mead

  • Tastings from local craft distilleries

  • Private restrooms

  • Access to air-conditioned Heritage Hall

Only 250 VIP tickets are available, and organizers expect that category to sell out.

Time, Location and Parking

Friday, September 11
VIP entry: 5 p.m.
General admission: 5:30 p.m.
Organizer’s closing time: 8:30 p.m.

Seville Quarter
130 E. Government St.
Pensacola, Florida 32502

The festival website and Seville Quarter list an 8:30 p.m. ending, while the Eventbrite listing has displayed 9 p.m. Guests should follow announcements at the event and confirm the time shown on their ticket.

No dedicated festival parking or validation program has been announced. City parking is available around downtown, and Park Pensacola currently identifies complimentary city spaces during the New Palafox construction period. Private lots can still use different prices and rules, so check the sign beside the selected space.

Because this is a tasting event, visitors should arrange a designated driver, taxi or ride-share pickup before arriving. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID establishing that you are at least 21.

The Festival Supports Two Local Organizations

Ticket proceeds benefit the Alfred-Washburn Center, which assists people experiencing homelessness, and Seville Rotary.

That charitable component gives the 30th-anniversary event a second local impact beyond the breweries, food vendors and visitors it brings downtown.

Buy tickets before Friday if you want guaranteed entry, and secure a VIP ticket promptly if early admission and the private tasting area are priorities.
