Gary, a Pittsburgh native, and Seamas, hailing from County Wicklow, Ireland, shared a vision to introduce a genuine Irish Pub experience to the locals. After a transformative trip to Ireland in 1998, they were inspired to establish Paddy O'Leary's, a welcoming haven for those seeking a true taste of Irish hospitality.
Nestled in the picturesque Pensacola area since 1983, the Humphrey family, along with Seamas and his family, have embraced the coastal paradise as their home. Paddy O’Leary’s reflects the warmth and camaraderie found in traditional Irish pubs. The pub's signature Irish Carbomb is not just a drink but a journey. Achievements, like downing 20 carbombs, are commemorated with a coveted club membership and a place in the Irish Carbomb Drinking Club Hall of Fame, immortalizing patrons' feats on a dedicated wall.

The signature drink at Paddy O’Leary’s Irish Pub is the Irish carbomb. Rewards are given to those who achieve milestones. For example, drink 20 carbombs and you are rewarded with a t-shirt announcing to all of the world that you are a member of Paddy O’Leary’s Irish Pub’s Irish Carbomb Drinking Club. Then you enter into the Irish Carbomb Drinking Club Hall of Fame with your name and date of the accomplishment inscribed on a plate and fixed to one of the placards placed on a wall for all to see that come to Paddy O’Leary’s.
