Book Your Cruise →The Pensacola Interstate Fair opens Thursday, October 22, with its cheapest night of the year.
Dollar Day offers $1 admission and $1 midway rides from 4 to 11 p.m. at the Pensacola Interstate Fairgrounds.
How Dollar Day Works
Admission is $1 for every visitor age 4 and older. Children age 3 and younger enter free.
Each midway ride also costs $1 during the promotion. Visitors purchase ride credits on a Fair Card, with each ride requiring one credit.
Ride credits are sold in $10 increments, so the minimum purchase is $10. That provides enough credits for 10 rides during Dollar Day.
The $1 admission and ride prices are available only on Thursday, October 22.

Parking Costs $10
The Dollar Day promotion does not include parking.
Parking at the Pensacola Interstate Fairgrounds costs $10. Visitors can purchase a parking ticket at the main ticket booth or pay cash while leaving the fairgrounds.
Advance Super Saver parking tickets purchased by October 21 cost $5 and can be used on Dollar Day.
How Much Could a Family Spend?
A family of four with everyone age 4 or older would pay $4 total for admission.
If the family purchases $20 in ride credits, each person could ride five times. Adding $10 for parking brings the total to $34 before food, games and other purchases.
Families planning to ride should decide how many credits they want before loading their Fair Card. All rides cost one credit on Dollar Day, but unused credits may make the visit more expensive than expected.
Clear Bag and Entry Policies
Only clear bags are permitted inside the Pensacola Interstate Fair.
Firearms and other weapons are prohibited, including for visitors with a permit. Guests should review the fair’s complete entry policies before arriving.
Pets are not allowed inside the fairgrounds. Qualifying service animals are permitted under the fair’s posted service animal policy.
Tips for Dollar Day
Dollar Day is likely to attract a large opening night crowd. Arriving close to the 4 p.m. opening provides more time to explore the exhibits and enjoy the midway before evening attendance increases.
Visitors should also consider purchasing parking in advance, bringing an approved clear bag and deciding on a ride budget before entering the midway.
The most important details are simple: $1 admission, $1 rides, a $10 minimum ride credit purchase and $10 parking.
The Fair Continues Through November 1
The Pensacola Interstate Fair runs from October 22 through November 1.
The remaining schedule includes concerts, discounted admission days, unlimited ride specials, livestock events and family activities. Regular admission and ride prices return after Dollar Day.
