Escambia County added new outdoor amenities just in time for the holiday break, giving locals more free ways to enjoy the nice weather.
Two county parks recently received new pickleball courts and fitness equipment, and both are open to the public daily from sunrise to sunset.
Lexington Terrace Community Center and Regional Park
Located near downtown Pensacola, Lexington Terrace Community Center and Regional Park now features four new pickleball courts.
This 38 acre regional park also includes a playground, dog park, picnic pavilions, and open play areas, making it a great stop for families or anyone looking to get outside.

Marie Ella Davis Community Center and Park
Near NAS Pensacola in Warrington, Marie Ella Davis Community Center and Park received two new pickleball courtsalong with outdoor workout equipment.
The park also includes a playground, pavilion, picnic area, and a short walking path, making it a good option for a quick workout or casual afternoon outside.
