Fall farm season officially begins in Milton on September 26, and families around Pensacola have two major options within Santa Rosa County.
Holland Farms and Sweet Season Farms both open their 2026 fall seasons on the same day, but the experiences are a little different.
Holland Farms is open every day through November 1 with a pumpkin patch, eight acre corn maze, hayrides, train rides, zip lines and plenty of farm activities. Sweet Season Farms runs weekends through November 8 and centers its fall season around an eight acre corn maze, pumpkin patch, sunflower paths and more than two dozen farm attractions.

Holland Farms is the easier option for families who want to visit during the week.
The farm is open seven days a week throughout its fall season, giving visitors more flexibility than most pumpkin patches around Northwest Florida.
The fall experience includes an eight acre corn maze with a smaller kiddie maze, a pumpkin patch, hayrides, train rides, zip lines, racing carts, swings, a mega slide, corn pits and other farm activities. Santa Rosa County also lists an inner tube hill slide, spider web, pirate ship, pedal tractor racing, sand box and additional play areas.
Every visitor also receives a cup of Holland Farms’ homegrown boiled peanuts, according to Santa Rosa County’s 2026 fall schedule.
Holland Farms 2026 Admission
General admission is $16 per person.
Admission with a pumpkin is $18 per person.
Children age 2 and younger are free.
Military admission with valid ID is $15 without a pumpkin or $17 with a pumpkin. The military discount must be purchased in person.
Extra pumpkins are $8 each, while sunflowers are $2 per stem when available.
Holland Farms notes that online purchases include a convenience fee and buying tickets ahead of time does not provide expedited entry.
What Is Included at Holland Farms?
Both Holland Farms admission options provide access to the farm attractions. The major difference is whether your ticket includes a pumpkin.
The farm lists its pumpkin patch, corn maze, zip lines, swings, mega slide, racing carts, train rides, hayrides and corn pits among the included activities.
The lemonade stand, weekend food trucks, pony rides and mining station cost extra.
Weekday train rides are scheduled for 11 AM, 2:30 PM and 6 PM Monday through Friday. Trains operate more frequently on weekends.

Sweet Season Farms begins its 18th Corn Maze and Fall Fun season September 26.
Unlike Holland Farms, Sweet Season Farms is generally only open to the public on weekends. Weekdays are reserved for scheduled school field trips. Last tickets are sold at 4 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
The centerpiece is an approximately eight acre corn maze inside a ten acre corn and sunflower field.
The maze includes a main maze, smaller kiddie maze and sunflower walking trail. Most visitors spend about 30 to 45 minutes navigating the main maze.
Sweet Season Farms 2026 Admission
Sweet Season offers two primary admission levels.
Whole Cob admission is $18.50 plus tax for ages 3 and older.
Half Cob admission is $17 plus tax for ages 3 and older.
Children age 2 and younger are free.
The Half Cob ticket includes the corn maze and hayride but not the other farm attractions.
Whole Cob admission includes the corn maze, hayride, children’s playground, Corn Popper jumping pillow, COWabunga Slide, Sunflower Speedway, Hop A Long Rodeo, Country Carousel, Double Cow Train, Beeline, farm games, sunflower paths, hay bale maze, Breeds Barn, Barnyard Ball, Duck Races and more. One turn at the Corn Cannon is also included.
Pumpkins are not included with either ticket and are priced separately by size.
Military Whole Cob admission is $16.50 plus tax at the gate with valid ID.
Sweet Season Farms also offers a $42 season pass and a same day $9.25 Bounce Back Pass that can be used for one return visit during the season.
Pumpkins and Sunflowers
Both farms give visitors a chance to make the traditional pumpkin patch stop.
At Holland Farms, visitors can choose the $18 admission option that includes a pumpkin. Additional pumpkins are $8. Sunflowers are $2 per stem when available.
Sweet Season Farms sells pumpkins separately, with prices determined by size and daily availability. Sunflowers and zinnias are also sold when available, but the farm does not publish one fixed flower price for the season.
Because flowers depend heavily on growing conditions, Sweet Season recommends checking its social channels before visiting specifically for blooms.
Food at the Farms
You can make lunch or snacks part of either visit.
Holland Farms lists a lemonade stand and weekend food trucks as additional cost options. The farm market also sells its well known boiled peanuts, and Santa Rosa County says each fall visitor receives a free cup.
Sweet Season Farms has a larger published food operation. Options include hamburgers and fries, roasted sweet corn and treats from its Sunflower Sweet Shoppe and Bakery, including lemonade and sweet tea. Visitors are also allowed to bring their own picnic food, although alcohol and onsite cooking are prohibited.
Neither farm currently publishes a complete 2026 food price menu online, so plan for food to be an additional expense.
Sweet Season Farms Flashlight Maze Nights
Sweet Season Farms has two special nighttime openings scheduled this season.

Flashlight Maze admission is $18.50 plus tax for ages 3 and older. Visitors should bring their own flashlight.
The night admission includes the corn mazes, hayride, Barnyard Ball, Breeds Barn, Corn Popper, Country Carousel, Sunflower Speedway, farm games and children’s playground.
The Corn Cannon and Cow Train do not operate during Friday night events.
Sweet Season Farms also has Trick or Treat at the Farm scheduled for Saturday, October 31, with candy stations and scheduled Candy Cannon blasts while supplies last.
Which Milton Pumpkin Patch Should You Visit?
The biggest difference is schedule and style.
Holland Farms is open every day from 8 AM to 6 PM, so it is especially convenient if you want to avoid a busy Saturday or Sunday. It also offers a straightforward $18 ticket that includes a pumpkin.
Sweet Season Farms is more of a weekend fall festival experience, with a large list of included activities, an elaborate corn maze and special event days throughout the season. Its season also lasts one week longer, ending November 8.
If the corn maze and lots of activities are the focus of your trip, Sweet Season gives you plenty to fill several hours.
If you need the flexibility of a weekday visit or want your pumpkin bundled directly into your admission, Holland Farms makes that simple.
And because both farms open September 26, there is nothing stopping families from visiting one early in the season and the other later in October.
Pets, Strollers and Accessibility
Sweet Season Farms does not allow pets, but service animals are permitted.
The farm says visitors do use wheelchairs and strollers throughout the property, but visitors should expect uneven and bumpy farm terrain, particularly inside the corn maze.
Sweet Season also has portable restrooms and handwashing stations throughout the farm.
Holland Farms does not currently publish detailed pumpkin patch pet, stroller or physical accessibility policies on its official fall visitor page. Anyone who needs specific accessibility accommodations or plans to bring an animal should contact the farm before making the trip.
Cash, Cards and Refund Policies
Sweet Season Farms accepts cash and credit cards at the farm. All online and gate ticket sales are final.
Because the attraction is entirely outdoors, Sweet Season may temporarily or fully close during heavy rain or storms. The farm does not issue weather refunds, but visitors whose trip is cut short may receive a rain voucher to return during the season.
Holland Farms sells advance tickets online using major credit cards. Its 2026 ticket terms state that all sales are final and there are no refunds, but purchased tickets can be used on any day during the current season. Optional purchase protection is also available online for qualifying circumstances.
Holland Farms has not published a detailed 2026 rain closure policy, so checking with the farm before driving out on a questionable weather day is a good idea.
What to Bring
Both are working farms rather than paved theme parks, so plan accordingly. Closed toe shoes, sunscreen, water and clothes that can handle a little dirt will make the day easier.
For Sweet Season Farms in particular, larger wheeled strollers will generally be more practical than small wheeled umbrella strollers because of the uneven terrain. The farm also recommends checking current conditions before making the trip when rain is in the forecast.
And if flowers or a specific seasonal crop are an important part of your visit, check the farm’s latest social posts before leaving home. Agriculture does not always follow the calendar exactly.
Milton Has Two Big Fall Farm Options in 2026
For families around Pensacola, Pace, Navarre and the rest of Santa Rosa County, you do not have to travel far to get the full pumpkin patch experience this fall.
Holland Farms and Sweet Season Farms both open September 26 with corn mazes, pumpkins, hayrides, photo opportunities and plenty for kids to do.
The main decision comes down to what kind of day you want: Holland Farms offers daily access and a pumpkin included ticket option, while Sweet Season Farms concentrates a larger attraction lineup into weekends and special event nights.
Either way, pumpkin patch season is officially back in Milton.
