The postponed Italian food festival will now fill Fountain Park with two days of food, music, children’s activities and fundraising November 13 and 14.

Festa Italiana has been rescheduled for Friday and Saturday, November 13 and 14, at Fountain Park in downtown Pensacola.

Severe weather forced Buona Fortuna Lodge to postpone the annual festival from its original dates. The revised event remains free to enter and will feature Italian food, desserts, music, demonstrations, a silent auction and activities for children.

Previously purchased raffle tickets remain valid for the rescheduled festival.

New Festa Italiana Dates and Location

Festa Italiana
Fountain Park near Seville Square
311 E. Government Street
Pensacola, Florida 32502

Friday, November 13
Saturday, November 14

The published Friday schedule runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Visit Pensacola lists Saturday as an additional festival date but does not clearly publish Saturday’s hours. Visitors should confirm the second day’s schedule through Buona Fortuna Lodge before making time specific plans.

Admission is free. Food, raffle tickets and auction purchases are sold separately.

Italian Food and Desserts

Festa Italiana’s menu is expected to include several returning favorites:

Shrimp scampi

Spaghetti and meatballs

Lasagna

Sausage and pepper sandwiches

Meatball sandwiches

Italian beef

Desserts are expected to include cannoli, tiramisu, biscotti, limoncello cookies and assorted Italian cookies.

Individual menu prices have not been published. Popular dishes may sell out, so visitors coming specifically for food should consider arriving earlier in the day.

Music, Activities and the Children’s Tent

The festival combines its food service with Italian music, live demonstrations, prize drawings and a silent auction.

Families can visit the Children’s Tent for games, crafts, face painting and hands-on activities. The organizer describes the festival as family friendly, and no ticket is required to enter the activity area.

Specific performance times and the complete demonstration schedule have not been published.

Raffle Tickets Remain Valid

Buona Fortuna Lodge says raffle tickets purchased for the festival’s original dates will remain valid.

The winning ticket will now be selected during the November 13 and 14 festival. Ticket holders do not need to replace their existing entries based on the organizer’s current announcement.

The lodge has not published separate instructions for anyone unable to attend the new dates.

Where to Park

Visit Pensacola identifies parking at nearby Bartram Park and free street parking along:

Government Street

Zaragoza Street

South Florida Blanca Street

South Alcaniz Street

Availability will depend on other downtown activity. Drivers should observe posted restrictions and avoid private lots that are reserved for customers or permit holders.

Fountain Park is next to the Seville Square historic district, making the festival walkable from several public parking areas downtown.

The Festival Supports Local Charities and Scholarships

Festa Italiana is the major annual fundraiser for Buona Fortuna Lodge, Pensacola’s chapter of the Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America.

Proceeds help supplement the lodge’s charitable donations and scholarships in the Pensacola community. That gives food purchases, raffle entries and silent-auction bids a local fundraising purpose beyond the festival itself.

Save the new November 13 and 14 dates, keep any raffle tickets already purchased and check Buona Fortuna Lodge for the final Saturday hours before attending.
