East Hill’s Makers Market will return to Cordova Square with three free Tuesday afternoon events beginning October 6.
The East Hill Neighborhood Association’s fall and winter series opens with a Halloween-themed Spooktacular Market, followed by a Harvest Market supporting Manna Food Pantries and a December Holiday Makers Market.
Each event runs from 3 to 6 p.m. at 1101 N. 12th Ave. in Pensacola.
Fall Makers Market Schedule
Tuesday, October 6:
Spooktacular Makers Market
3–6 p.m.
Tuesday, November 3:
Harvest Market and Manna Food Pantry Drive
3–6 p.m.
Tuesday, December 1:
Holiday Makers Market
3–6 p.m.
Admission is free, and the markets are open to the public. Reservations are not required for shoppers.
The organizer describes the series as family-focused and community-centered, with local makers and small businesses selling their work in an open-air neighborhood setting.
A final vendor roster, food lineup and detailed schedule of Halloween activities have not been published. Those details remain unconfirmed.
Location and Parking
Cordova Square
1101 N. 12th Ave.
Pensacola, Florida 32503
The association has not announced a dedicated visitor lot, parking fee or street-closure plan. Guests should use legal neighborhood parking, avoid blocking driveways and follow any temporary signs posted around the park.
Because vendor spaces are on grass and the market is outdoors, comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing will be helpful.
Vendor Registration Is Still Open
Businesses and makers may register for a 10-by-10-foot outdoor booth.
Published vendor prices are:
One market: $30
All three markets: $75
All three markets for eligible EHNA business members: $50
Vendors must supply their own table and tent, with white tents strongly preferred. The park does not provide booth electricity, although quiet generators are permitted.
Setup begins at 1 p.m. Booths must be ready by 3 p.m. and remain open until the market ends at 6 p.m.
Why the Series Matters
The markets give shoppers three opportunities to buy directly from Pensacola-area creators while spending an afternoon in one of East Hill’s central green spaces.
Vendor fees, memberships, sponsorships and donations also help the neighborhood association support park improvements, community programming and local nonprofit organizations.
Save October 6 for the first market, and makers interested in selling should register before the available spaces are filled.
